We are also one of the very first Level 5 Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and DEC registered assessors. We employ Low Carbon Consultants and can now produce Air Conditioning Inspection Reports in line with the statuatory requirement as of 4th January 2009 for complex systems over 250kW.
