Jodi Willis

BEng (Hons)

Jodi joined mTT as a Senior Engineer in July 2003, bringing to the practice extensive experience of energy management and the holistic approacha to the integrating energy conscious design and installation within building services systems. These skills are now added to mTT/SUSTAIN's portfolio.

Jodi's knowledge of energy management in building services providesinvaluable experience to allow integration of more inovative technologies such as combined heat and power absorption chilling and sustainable projects such as PV cells, wind generation and biomass technologie. Jodi is a licensed BREEAM assessor for industrial buildings.

Jodi is a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant for design and an approved Air Conditioning Inspector.

 

Martin Lawless

BEng (Hons) MSc

Martin joined mTT in 2004 bringing his experience of low-energy design and sustainability issues to the mTT practice. mTT/SUSTAIN was formed in March 2005 to further develop the business in this challenging area.

Martin is also trained in the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) and is a licenced BREEAM AP, EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes assessor. He is also an NHER Authorised SAP Assessort. As such, Martin is able to provide advice at each stage of a project as to the environmental impacty of the building and its services and to offer certification on completion.

Martin is a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant for design, simulation and operation and is a qualified Low Carbon Energy Assessor Level 3, 4 and 5 and can also produce Display Energy Certificates.

Lorees Arakelian

Bsc

Lorees joined mTT/SUSTAIN in 2006 as a senior building simulation and modelling analyst, bringing to the team his skills in thermal, day-lighting, Computational Fluid Dynamics and microclimate analysis to address the increasing demand for these studies.

His wide experience and up to date knowledge of the leading modelling tools and software gives mTT/SUSTAIN a reliable means of achieving the best results in the shortest times.

Amy Stewart

Amy joined mTT/SUSTAIN as a group administrator providing support to the Directors and Engineers. Her experience and expertise in providing administrative services within the property sector has allowed the company to grow whilst mainstaining a structured approach to company processes. Amy has quickly progressed into a marketing and business development role capitalising on excellent interpersonal skills to promote mTT/SUSTAIN to existing and new clients as a leading force in Low Carbon Consultancy within the Construction Industry.

Clark Leake-Lyall

BSc (Hons)

Clark joined mTT/SUSTAIN in October 2010 as a graduate sustainability engineer, seeking to pursue his career in an organisation with a practical and credible approach to environmental and sustainability issues.

Clark completed a BSc (Hons) Degree in Biology at the University of Sheffield in 2009. Whilst studying for his degree he developed an interest in environmental issues and sustainability within the built environment.

At mTT/SUSTAIN, as well as providing a supporting role on major projects, Clark has become very knowledgeable in the BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes assessment schemes.

He supports the mTT/SUSTAIN team in completing and auditing BREEAM assessments including client liaison, pre-assessments, evidence review, research and report collation. Clark is a qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor, and training to become a licensed BREEAM Assessor whilst also learning about other assessment methodologies such as SAP. Clark also recently successfully passed his Low Carbon Consultants exam
